During new drops, restocks, or special events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package on its journey.
Shipping Address
Please double‑check your address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us immediately at support@yoivault.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and help make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. For added protection, we recommend selecting package protection at checkout.
