What Is a Preorder?

Preorders allow customers to purchase upcoming items before they are in stock. This guarantees reservation of high‑demand products and helps us secure accurate quantities from our distributors.

All preorder items are clearly labeled on the product page with an estimated arrival window.

Payment for Preorders

Preorders must be paid in full at checkout. This reserves your item and allows us to place confirmed orders with our suppliers.

Estimated Arrival Dates

Release dates and arrival windows are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors. Dates may change due to:

Production delays
Distributor allocation
International shipping delays
Manufacturer schedule changes

We will update customers if any major changes occur.

Cancellations & Refunds

To protect inventory planning and distributor commitments:

Preorders are non‑refundable.

Customers may request:

• Store credit (100% value)

if they no longer want the item before it ships.

If a product is canceled by the manufacturer or distributor:

You will receive a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Combining Preorders & In‑Stock Items

Orders containing both in‑stock and preorder items will ship together once all items are available. If you want in‑stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Allocations & Availability

In rare cases, distributors may reduce our allocated quantities. If this happens:

Preorders are fulfilled in the order they were received
Any unfulfillable orders will be refunded or credited immediately

Shipping Timeline

Once preorder items arrive at our warehouse, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and shipment.

High‑Value Preorder

High‑value items such as scale figures, statues, and limited editions follow stricter rules:

All high‑value preorders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Full payment is required at checkout to secure allocation.
If the manufacturer or distributor cancels or reduces our allocation, you will receive a full refund.
Release dates may shift due to production or shipping delays.
